About the ServiceAll In Hand provides a service that helps customers prepare greeting cards in advance and have them delivered at the appropriate time during the year.Customers receive a curated pack of greeting cards which they complete and return to us in sealed envelopes. We then store the cards securely and post them according to the delivery dates provided by the customer.2. OrdersOrders are placed through our website.After purchasing a pack, customers will be asked to complete a short form providing details of the occasions, recipients and delivery preferences.We will then prepare and send the card pack to the customer.3. Card PacksEach pack includes:a curated selection of greeting cards
envelopes for each card
writing materials where applicable
return packagingCustomers are responsible for handwriting the cards, sealing the card inside the correct envelope and writing the correct name and address on the envelope.Cards must be sealed before being returned.4. Return of CardsCustomers must return their completed cards to us using the provided return packaging.Cards should be returned in good time so they can be scheduled for delivery.We cannot guarantee delivery for cards that are returned close to the occasion date.5. Posting of CardsOnce returned to us, cards will be stored securely and posted in advance of the specified occasion.Cards may either be:posted directly to the recipient, or
sent to the customer if they prefer to deliver the card themselves.We aim to post cards several days before the occasion to allow for standard postal delivery times.6. Postal DeliveryCards are posted using standard postal services.Delivery times are dependent on the postal provider and may vary.All In Hand cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the card has been handed to the postal service.7. Changes to Card DetailsCustomers may request updates such as:changes to delivery addresses
cancellation of a scheduled card
updates to delivery preferencesRequests must be made before the card is scheduled to be posted.Once a card has been posted, changes cannot be made.8. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers are responsible for ensuring that:all names, addresses and dates provided are accurate
cards are sealed before being returned
cards are returned in sufficient time for schedulingAll In Hand cannot be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.9. Storage of CardsReturned cards are stored securely until their scheduled posting date.Cards remain sealed while in our care and are not opened by us.10. Cancellations and RefundsCustomers may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase provided the card pack has not yet been dispatched.Once a pack has been dispatched, refunds may not be available.If cards have already been returned to us for posting, cancellation may no longer be possible.11. LiabilityOur liability in relation to the service is limited to the value of the order placed.We are not responsible for:delays caused by postal services
lost or damaged mail once it has been posted
